(4). Depending upon the time of day, you will be taken on a tour of the different areas, such as Alanya with its beautiful marina and castle, Red Tower and other places of beauty and interest. This is because we believe the location is as important, if not more important, than the property. If a particular location is not right for you, it would make no sense to show you properties there.
(5). Once you have decided upon the areas you like, you will be shown properties which match your requirements and which fall within your stated budget. We have both new build and “off-plan” properties to show you. A 1.5% duty for both the purchaser and seller is due and collected during the buying transaction. It is essential that you take comfortable shoes with you.
Allow for approximately 5% on top of the builder's base price to cover for expenses, unless stated otherwise on website details.
(6). During the day, you will take a light lunch and drinks with your courier. This is included in the cost of the inspection trip, as is your evening meal, which is a way to relax after a busy day looking at properties. It also gives you a good idea of what the area has to offer in the way of facilities, leisure activities, etc.
(7). The trip continues in this manner until you find your dream home. Should you decide to buy, a €5000 holding deposit will need to be paid (by credit card) to secure the property. It also ensures that there will be no price increases from the time you reserve the property to the time of completion. It is necessary, therefore, prior to going on the trip, to tell your credit card supplier that you are going to Turkey and may be using the card for this amount of money.
(8). Once you decide to buy and have paid your holding deposit, we will introduce you to a lawyer who can also organise a mortgage for you if necessary. All the legal aspects will be taken care of and we will do everything necessary to ensure a smooth transaction.
