TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Guests.
El Bombero is for the use of our guests only. When you arrive, you will be shown your room and the rest of the facilities available to you. Also, our garden and pool are for your enjoyment, with care.
Guests’ Visitors.
If you wish to have friends visit you whilst you are at El Bombero, prior arrangements must be made with the management, and if necessary, an appropriate fee decided upon. Any guests’ friends / visitors, (excluding those booked into the premises), will incur a fee if they stay for more than a short visit during the day, or in the evening.
This fee is called a "Day Rate," which does not include overnight accommodation and is for the use of the premises and facilities. The day rate will be charged at a rate determined by the management and agreed to by the visitors or guests concerned.
It is not appropriate for guests to hold parties and / or functions on the premises.
Retreat for Adults
El Bombero is a peaceful haven away from the everyday world and, as such, is suitable only for adults. To avail our guests of a tranquil atmosphere and a restful stay, we only accommodate adults.
Smoking.
There is no smoking in the rooms / suites, but you may smoke outside as long as it does not cause concern or aggravate other guests.
Transport.
Please be aware that we are not able to transport you to and from the airport or restaurants and the like, although we can supply you with the contact numbers of those in the transport industry who supply these services.
Pets.
Because of the nature of this establishment, we are unable to take pets.
Booking Confirmation and Payment Requirements.
An enquiry, whether it is through one of our agencies or a personal call, or through any other medium, does not automatically confirm the stay.
A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking and full payment is expected prior to, or, in special circumstances, on arrival. We accept cash, money orders and the majority of credit cards (through PayPal).
Refund / Cancellation Policy.
Your deposit is non refundable if you cancel your booking two months or less prior to the date of stay. If a booking is cancelled within ten days of the due date of the stay, a portion of the total amount may be charged as a compensation for bookings that have been turned away, and revenue lost. Alternatively, you may consider transferring your booking to another date where a vacancy is available.
Booking Transfer.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you need to cancel a booking, you may transfer that booking to another date. (Where a vacancy is available).
Complaints.
If you have a legitimate complaint, please tell us, as we pride ourselves on our service and environment. We do our utmost to offer a pleasant stay, and would like you to return.
Arrival / Departure.
Arrival is any time after 4:00 p.m. and check out time is between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. If you wish to arrive earlier, you need to make arrangements to do so, and only if the room is vacant and prepared, (although your bags / luggage may be left in a secure holding area, earlier than the designated arrival time).
Your Responsibilities.
Your room and contents: Damage, breakage and theft . . . these are the guests’ responsibility.
Your personal property is safe in your room if it is locked when you are not there.
When you vacate your room, it should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.

We appreciate that you will understand that these conditions are for the betterment and enjoyment of all. We endeavour to provide a comfortable stay for all our guests.
Acceptance of Conditions.
Payment of the deposit constitutes the clients’ acceptance of these terms and conditions. We hope you enjoy your stay and thank you for your cooperation.
