For prospective purchasers, we pride ourselves on our one-to-one service. The viewing trip is designed around your needs and your needs alone. This is the only way you can be sure you are going to be shown the properties you actually want to see. We take great care in ascertaining your likes and dislikes and tailor your viewing trip accordingly.
Also, at Bravomar, we offer an after-sales service which is second to none. We really do say “Thank you and hello”, not “Thank you and goodbye”. From start to completion, nothing is too much trouble for us. Buying a property abroad can be a daunting experience – let´s face it, you hear all the horror stories and very little about the good bits. This is where we can put your mind at rest. Firstly, we don´t deal with builders who do not have their licences in place, so you can be rest assured that everything is 100% legal. Secondly, we don´t deal with builders who are “here today and gone tomorrow”. We have hand-picked only the most reputable people in the construction industry, so you can be sure that your property abroad will actually materialise and will be of the highest quality. Thirdly, we are not tied to any particular builder, so you will be choosing what YOU want to see, not what WE want to show you. You will be buying direct from the builder, so no extra commissions are added to the builders´ prices.
