We are not tied to any one developer or agent and therefore are confident that we can find the property you are looking for (new or resale) at the price you want to pay.
Also, at Bravomar, we offer an after-sales service which is second to none. We really do say “Thank you and hello”, not “Thank you and goodbye”. From start to completion, nothing is too much trouble for us. Buying a property abroad can be a daunting experience – let´s face it, you hear all the horror stories and very little about the good bits. This is where we can put your mind at rest. Firstly, in the case of new properties, we don´t deal with builders who do not have their licences in place, so you can be rest assured that everything is 100% legal. Secondly, we don´t deal with builders who are “here today and gone tomorrow”. We have hand-picked only the most reputable people in the construction industry and only sell properties which are already built and have habitation certificates in place. Thirdly, we are not tied to any particular builder, so you will be choosing what YOU want to see, not what WE want to show you. You will be buying direct from the builder, so no extra commissions are added to the builders’ prices.
Finally, because of all the above, you have the best assurance of all – you can actually SEE your new home – AND what is around it!
RENTALS
To rent a holiday property abroad, visit our rentals section, where we have placed a great deal of importance on showing plenty of photographs, so that you can get a real “feel” for the place before you book.
